History was made July 12, 2003, at the Indianapolis Arts Garden, downtown Indianapolis, Indiana, as Brooke McDaniel, of Texas, won the inaugural AMERICA'S NATIONAL MISS Competition. Brooke received the custom designed signature crown and took home a prize package estimated over $10,000! 

The 2003 judging panel included:  Kelly Lloyd, former 1st RU to MISS TEEN USA, 2nd RU to MISS USA, Interview Award winner at Miss America; Sarah McClary, former Miss INDIANA TEEN USA and MISS INDIANA USA; Elisa Schleef, MISS MICHIGAN USA and 3rd RU to MISS USA; Ken Palmer, host and producer of MISS MASSACHUSETTES USA; and Mark J. Dennis, of Chicago, experienced pageant judge.

THE HOST of the 2003 event was Tashina Kastigar, MISS INDIANA USA 2003 and top 10 at MISS USA 2003.  

THE MODEL WINNER (the contestant with overall highest score in runway, fitness, and photogenic) will advance to a national model competition, held in Southern California. The winner of the 2003 AMERICA'S NATIOANL MODEL was Carly Hobbs, of Kentucky.

Kentucky's Carly Hobbs, was named America's National Model, she had the highest combined score in Runway, Fitness, and Photogenic. Ohio's Amanda Holzen seen during the runway competition was a top 5 finalist.
Missouri's Melissa Payne finished the night as 2nd Runner-Up. Tennessee's Julia Goza was selected as Miss Photogenic.
Iowa's Rebbecca Baughman, seen during the evening gown competition, was voted Most Beautiful Face.
